CoGoGo welcomes to the market Café Scrumptious, which was established in 2012 and owned by our client, who is now looking to spend more time with the family, since 2014.
Café Scrumptious is a dog friendly 50 seater traditional café that is open for breakfast, lunch and into the afternoon for teas, coffees, cakes, scones etc. The Café prides itself on the home cooked food it serves which brings in many repeat customers, both local and from further afield.
The café has many impressive reviews and is rated 4.5*/5 on TripAdvisor, 5*/5 on Yell and 4.9*/5 on its very own Facebook page.
The owner increased the prices and adjusted the menu in September 2019 and immediately saw a jump in average weekly takings from circa £1300 per week to circa £1650 per week. However, there is still room for development as the prices are still very fair in comparison to other local cafes and prices could be increased further.

• Look at layout and add further tables to increase seating capacity
• Local advertising – leaflets

Café Scrumptious is located in Fakenham in Norfolk, in the town centre close to a local car park with free parking up to two hours.
Fakenham is a market town in North Norfolk with a population of circa 8000 and is a main stop off point when travelling to or from the North Norfolk coast as the town is located just of the A148 Cromer to Kings Lynn road.
Entrance door directly off main road to the recently decorated and air conditioned café.
Main café area has 10 tables and a coffee table with soft seating giving total seating for circa 50 customers.
There is a small children's play area from this area is the doorway to the store room doorway to the toilets and open to the kitchen.
The 5* hygiene rated kitchen has a counter area with till and cake display fridge.
